The League of Allied Arts Corporation is an organization comprised of professional African-American women, whose purpose it is to sponsor and promote all forms of the arts. One charge of the organization is to support the scholarship efforts of talented, under served students in the Los Angeles area. We focus on high school seniors and first year college students, who are planning a creative arts educational experience.
We offer scholarship grants to students who have demonstrated talent in the following creative arts categories:
Media Fine Arts/Graphic Design Dance
Creative Writing Fashion Design Music
Media Fine Arts/Graphic Design Dance
Creative Writing Fashion Design Music
The League’s scholarship committee requests your assistance to identify candidates who must complete the guidelines and procedures in the attached application and return it to me by
April 1, 2024.
The selected applicants and their parents/guardians will be scheduled for a final interview to be conducted by the scholarship committee. The applicants must be available to accept their award and to showcase their talent in a culminating event, which will be announced at a later date.
