GABRIELLE MCCLINTON
Gabrielle McClinton graduated from Los Angeles County High School for the Performing Arts in 2007 as a theatre major. She started performing at the age of six with the Children’s Civic Light Opera performing in numerous musicals.
After graduating high school, she was accepted into Carnegie Mellon School of Drama’s musical theatre program. She is currently entering into her senior year where she is on the dean’s list and will graduate in 2011 with a BFA in drama. During her sophomore year she received the Thomas Auclair Memorial Scholarship award, which goes to most outstanding sophomore in the class. Gabrielle plans to move to New York to fulfill her dreams as a Broadway actress and then moving back to Los Angeles for a Film/TV career. The League of Allied Arts Scholarship helped her to pay for her college tuition and this second scholarship will continue to do the same. She is very thankful to the League of Allied Arts for this opportunity and for helping her to pursue her dreams.
