Golden Heart Screening

On August 10th 2023 the League of Allied Art members attended a documentary viewing of "Golden Heart" that was produced and directed by one of their past members Millena Gay and narrated by academy winner Danny Glover. 

 

The documentary was on, current League of Allied Arts member Honorable Diane Watson. Diane was a public servant for over 40 years.

 

 Included, in this documentary, were League members, Virginia P. Bland, president, and Barbara Mason Taylor, Director of Development and community outreach. 

 

The viewing of this documentary was by invitation only, and was "sold Out". There was a reception

that followed.
